I added to roku and on the previewer it shows one way when i add it to my roku tv it only shows search and about? is there something additional we need to purhase. Would love to use this with our tv station company cause of ease of use. However its not showing content.

I have the same problem. But then I added the vanity code to my ROKU hardware account and the channel showed up perfectly for about 4 weeks, and now on ROKU tv only the Search and About links display. When I search for a vide that I know is there, the thumbnail and description display, but no video content.
I'm doing some extensive research to try and solve this mystery. When I click on a thumbnail of the video I receive a message saying: "Network Error".
