No worries at all Sergio. It looks like Permalinks are not enabled. Go to WordPress Admin > Settings > Permalinks. You can use any option but not "Plain".

Let me know how you make out

No worries at all

So from the screen grab it looks like you have everything setup correctly as far as WP Smart TV goes. I’ve got two thoughts on the issue:

  1. To serve videos from S3 to OTT devices I believe you need to have AWS CloudFront. I haven’t done any work with AWS and OTT for awhile, so that may have changed, but previously I couldn’t get it working without using CloudFront.

  2. Your best bet would be to check with Roku’s Partner Success (https://developer.roku.com/en-ca/contact) and ask them to take a look at your channel. I’ve seen a lot of issues with "Unpublished" channels not working correctly until they where published. Also they can let you know if it’s an issue with S3 serving the video.

If they Roku mentions anything wrong with your feed, let me know and we’ll get a fix out asap. Though, I doubt this is the case or else we would see a spike in support requests.
