Before you ask a question please make sure to do the following.
Make sure you’ve followed along with our Video tutorials prior to posting a question.
- Disable all other plugins
- Change your theme to "Twenty Seventeen" (it’s free and usually installed with WordPress)
- Check to see if the issue persists
- If yes, please ask a question below
- If no, then there is a conflict with another plugin so re-enable them 1 by 1 until you find the problematic plugin
- Once you find out which plugin is conflicting, post a question here with details and someone will help you out.
